webs divine: design notes
Just like most web designers, we learn something new every day. Some of the insights are fairly simple, while others are more complicated. As we go along, WEBS DIVINE plans to share our tricks, hints and tips in Design Notes.
ADOBE READER DEFAULT MAGNIFICATION LEVEL
When previewing a document in Adobe Acrobat Reader, the first-time default magnification level is often set around 135% to 180%. It can be annoying if you want to see your document as is (re: 100%). In order to make 100% the default viewing level, take the following steps:
Open Adobe Reader. Select the "Edit" option from the top toolbar menu; then select "Preferences" from the drop-down menu. Choose "Page Display" from the Categories menu.
Under "Default Layout and Zoom," select a default magnification level (100%) next to the "Zoom" drop-down menu.
Easy as that!
